You'll need to explain your logic for this unsubstantiated suggestion. While I frequently question her conclusions, I have NO reason to think Joanne would fake a will. At a time when the conquerers were still exacting their revenge on their defeated tribal enemies, I see little reason for an isolated enclave of individuals to fake being of tribal descent.
